Thanksgiving Break

Having this whole week off has been a blessing. Who knew that life could get so hectic with going to school and teaching school and having a 3 year old child? When I am through with this year, I will feel like I have conquered the world. I have been making up a lot of missed time with my child and we have been having a ball on our break. We actually made a move this week. We moved into a cute little house and he seems to be adjusting well. Of course, I constantly think of all the things that I need to be doing instead of moving but now it is over and done with! This is a great Thanksgiving season, I have much to be thankful for!

The Election

My kids were crazy this week! All I heard about was the election. On Monday and Tuesday it was all a debate on who was going to win. I finally had to ban election talk from my classroom. The halls were crazy and everyone had on t-shirts for the person they wanted to win. Wednesday things were a little better. My 1st period class starting talking about it and I made a comment and told them that they needed to discuss the rest out in the hallways. I'm glad it's over!
